A contract between you and us is formed only once we send a shipping confirmation email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We ship to Spain, the Canary Islands, across Europe and the UK. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customs duties or import taxes for UK deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

6.1 For EU Customers (including Canary Islands):

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without providing any reason.
To exercise your right, please notify us in writing via info@valchron.com within the 14-day period and return the product in its original, unused condition (with all packaging and documentation).

6.2 For UK Customers:

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after receipt.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
