1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery if you change your mind.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and documentation intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@valchron.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be credited to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.
If the item has been opened or its value diminished beyond that which is necessary to verify its nature and functionality, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend that you use a tracked and insured postal service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@valchron.com.
Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) as appropriate.

5. Exclusions

Items returned after the 14-day period (unless the item is faulty) will not be eligible for a return.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery are non-returnable.
Customised or special-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
